My name is Amer, and over eight years ago, I embarked on a life-changing adventure when I moved to Canada with my beautiful wife. The moment we set foot in this remarkable country, we knew we had found our new home. The warmth of its people, the breathtaking landscapes and the spirit of inclusivity captured our hearts.

Becoming Canadian citizens was an immediate decision for us. We wanted to fully embrace the Canadian way of life and contribute to the vibrant communities we now called home. Our family grew, and today we are blessed with three amazing children who remind us daily of the beauty and promise of our adopted nation.

But let me share with you another aspect of my journey - one that intertwines with my passion and expertise. For over 25 years, I’ve been immersed in the art of hair styling. It’s not just a profession; it’s my calling. The ability to transform someone’s look, boost their confidence, and create a positive impact is what drives me every day.

And so I took a leap of faith and opened Miano Hair Care. Our salon, nestled at 188 Main Street in Milton, Ontario, is more than just a place to get your hair done - it’s a sanctuary where beauty meets community.

Miano Hair Care isn't just about me - I've had the privilege of bringing along two incredible colleagues, Ania and Dina, both of whom have been by my side for over a decade. Ania's passion lies in curly hair and she's been honing her craft for over 15 years. Her expertise extends to colouring, ensuring that every client leaves with vibrant, head-turning locks. Dina has also been in the industry for 15 years and effortlessly creates styles to suit any occasion. From precision cuts to elegant updos, her artistry knows no bounds. And yes, gentlemen, she's got your back too - whether it's a classic fade or a modern twist.
